In the case of emails, the subject of the message will indicate the type of prize:

• larger prizes: those for an amount of 5,000 euros or more. These prizes could be subject to tax retention if any of their winning categories exceeds 2,500 euros. You should access your user account to request collection of your prize. The system you will inform automatically of the net amount of the prize, as well as the deduction of 20% to which it is subject. We repeat that never, no matter how important the prize, will the notification ask you for any payment or advance on your part, nor personal details or your account access codes. It will be you who accesses your user account according to the usual authentication process.
