(hereinafter SELAE), with registered address located at C/ Capitán Haya 53, 28020 Madrid, and with VAT NUMBER A86171964, registered in the Madrid Mercantile Register volume 28078, page 202, section 8, sheet M - 505970, registration 1.
The statutory activity of SELAE is to manage, operate and commercialise in gaming activities of several different kinds, such as for example games, lotteries, betting, raffles and contests, both offline and through electronic, computerised, online, interactive, audiovisual means or any other means that may be created or established in the future.
SELAE states that it has not authorised any third party to sell any of its products online or via any other electronic, digital or audiovisual means. This is the only official gaming website of Loterías y Apuestas del Estado. SELAE is not and shall not be held responsible for any actions performed by persons or entities participating in, or managing in any way shape or form, websites other than this one.

2. Purpose of the website
The terms and conditions set forth hereinafter govern the access and use of this website www.loteriasyapuestas.es (hereinafter, the website or the site). The expression "website or site" comprises -but is not limited to- the data, texts, graphics, images, animations, musical creations, videos, sounds, illustrations, photographs and other content included herein and, in general, all creations expressed by any tangible or intangible medium or support protected by copyright, patent or other form of rights.

SELAE reserves the right to:
- Modify conditions of access to the site, technical or otherwise, unilaterally and without prior notification to its users, without prejudice to the specific conditions regulating the use of a specific service and/or content aimed at users of the site and, if applicable, governed by the Gaming Contract.
- Establish specific conditions and, if applicable, demand an admission fee or other access requirement for certain services and/or contents.

10. Miscellaneous
Regardless of whether SELAE demands the user's fulfilment of any of the conditions established in these general conditions at a specific time, the user shall not interpret this as a renouncement by SELAE to subsequently demand compliance therewith.
Should any of the clauses in these general conditions be fully or partially cancelled or declared null and void, such cancellation or nullity shall not affect the validity of the other clauses, which shall remain in full effect and valid unless the party claiming nullity or cancellation can prove that without the clause in question the purposes of these conditions could not be fulfilled.
The parties expressly renounce their own jurisdiction and undertake to obey the rulings of the Courts and Tribunals of the capital city of Madrid in the event of litigation.
In accordance with prevailing legislation and the framework of our commitment to Responsible Gaming Management, we offer you the option of setting the maximum amount (in €) that you are allowed to top up in your Lotobolsa virtual walletdaily, weekly and/or monthly.
