Lotto Bank options

The Lotto Bank:

The Lotto Bank is a virtual wallet in which you can keep funds to pay your bets and subscriptions and it will also be used for the collection of minor prizes. It is exclusively linked to your user account, so only you will have access to your funds.

According to the current regulations for the admission of online betting by Loterías y Apuestas del Estado, you are not allowed to have a balance of more than €400 in your Lotto Bank.

In this virtual wallet you can have amounts from the payment of MINOR PRIZES. If the transfer of the prize exceeds the amount of €400 in your Lotto Bank, the amount of the prize is automatically credited to the bank account indicated in your user profile.

The system keeps a history of all movements, whether transfers, payment of bets, collection of prizes or withdrawals.  If you want to consult this history, go to the “Movements” section of your “Lotto Bank”.

In addition to this section, your Lotto Bank balance in euros (€) will always be present at the top of the page.

Here you can associate the bank account in which you wish to deposit your winnings and establish the platform limits in terms of top-ups and withdrawals from the Lotto Bank.

Associating your bank account:

You can set up the bank account into which the system will automatically transfer your balance:

  • Prizes that require no prior request when these mean that your Lotto Bank exceeds the maximum balance allowed.
  • Prizes that require no prior request, if they exceed the minimum amount you have set to receive directly in your bank account.
  • The remaining balance in your Lotto Bank when you unsubscribe.

If there is no account number, the system will retain the prize in the Lotto Bank, and you can withdraw it later in the usual way.

Remember that while your Lotto Bank has more balance than allowed, the system will not allow you to place bets.

Once your account number is stored, it will be offered as a default account when you request:

  • Payment of a major prize
  • A withdrawal from your Lotto Bank

Bear in mind that all these operations will be carried out without any cost to you and that your account will only be used for the purposes mentioned.

You can change your bank account number whenever you wish. However, for security reasons, the system will ask you to enter your user password again if:

  • You have active bets, pending a draw
  • You have major prizes pending request
  • Have a balance in your Lotto Bank

Once you have updated this information in your user profile, you will be notified by email.

Any lack of veracity in this information, as well as its possible fraudulent use will block the collection of prizes and allow SELAE to initiate whatever legal action is required in order to put a stop to this practice.

Gaming limits:

Pursuant to current legislation and within the framework of our commitment to Responsible Game Management, we allow you to set the your desired maximum weekly spending limit (in €).

In addition, you can define the value of the minimum prize you wish to be entered directly into your bank account and not into your Lotto Bank. We also keep you informed of the maximum number of daily and weekly withdrawals allowed by the system.

You can define the maximum amounts that you allow for deposit into your Lotto Bank, for daily, weekly and/or monthly periods.

If you do not indicate any value, the established legal maximums will be applied by default:

  • €400 per day
  • €1,500 per week.
  • €3,000 per month

These automatic limits will be checked each time you make a deposit into your Lotto Bank, on the amounts deposited in the last 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days respectively.

To contribute towards responsible gaming, we have also limited the maximum weekly amount you can bet on our website. By default, this limit is set at €600.You can only increase it to a maximum of €2,000.

You can reduce these values at any time, with the new limits instantly enforced.

As in all the “Lotto Bank” sections, you must be registered and authenticated in the system to access these options.
