Policy for user identity verification

In accordance with the Spanish Gambling Act 13/2011 of 27 May and the regulations arising therefrom, Sociedad Estatal de Loterías del Estado applies a strict identity verification policy to users of its online games on loteriasyapuestas.es. All users must provide us with truthful personal details (names and surnames, ID number or residence permit and date of birth) and users must be persons who are legally of age. The identity and age of majority of the user will be checked online by secure connection with the competent gambling regulatory body. In this context, the details on your User Registration must match exactly those on your National Identity Card or, where applicable, the Foreigner Residence Permit, as follows:

• NAME, FIRST SURNAME, SECOND SURNAME, NIF (tax ID no.)/NIE (foreigner's ID no.) and DATE OF BIRTH these must match exactly the details on your ID card or Foreigner Residence Permit
• You can use upper or lower case, the system is not case sensitive
• If you stated an ID/residence permit number on your profile that does not match, now you can correct it properly. Remember do not include any hyphens or spaces
• If your official ID card states two surnames, please include both on your profile. If not, leave it blank
• If you have a double-barrelled name or surname, make sure you use the minimum number of spaces and include any hyphens that match your official ID card
• Abbreviations such as 'Mª José', 'J.Ramón', 'Fco. Javier', and so on, can only be stated as such if this matches what is stated on the official ID card, otherwise errors will be caused

Until your identity can be verified, your User Registration shall remain in UNVERIFIED IDENTITY status and any restrictions required by the Gaming Contract can be applied.
