Data Protection for identity document verification

DGOJ regulation 31/10/2018 require that SELAE verifies your identity through documentary evidence, for the same purposes described in the game contract. In order to fully comply with these regulations, the following personal data are processed and incorporated as an integral part of your user registration, along with the data you already provided: image of the front and back of your DNI/NIE (or passport if the NIE does not have a photo), video with your image and IP address from which the video was sent. If the verification is not completed, it will not be possible to transfer money onto or from your e-wallet or receive prizes in your bank account.
