Loterías y Apuestas del Estado is a public company among those named in article 43.1.b) of Act 6/1997, of 14 April, on the Organisation and Operation of the General Administration of the State, adscribed to the Ministry of Economy and Finance via the State Secretariat of Finance and Budgets. LAE is in charge of managing and marketing lotteries and games on a domestic level, sports-charitable pari-mutuel bets in any modality, and any other prediction contests involving sporting event results.

The Order of the Ministry of Economy and Finance 2566/2005, of 20 July, authorises Loterías y Apuestas del Estado to operate and market its products via the Internet and other interactive media, including its official website www.loteriasyapuestas.es.

We offer you the possibility to place bets in a secure manner via the Internet and other information services.

You can select the language you wish to use for your web-based communications from the list of co-official languages of the Spanish State.

You will be able to place bets via the Internet in for the following LAE games:

In order to be able to place bets on the internet, you need to follow the registration process and provide your personal details. After registering, you will become a participant. This option may only be exercised by persons aged 18 or over and in order to avoid cross-border bets, users must have a registered address in Spain. This information is necessary to guarantee the payment of your prizes, the security of your transactions and the successful management of -and communications with- the website. LAE guarantees the privacy of your data, abiding by the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on personal data protection and its complementary regulations. We have implemented the most advanced security measures to protect your information and to guarantee the development of the game.

To be able to play, you need to add credit to your Lotobolsa account (Electronic Wallet) with your Credit or Debit card, or via bank transfer using online banking. If you choose to pay by card, we advise you to use the 'Secure Online Payment' option which you'll find in the 'Top up Lotobolsa' option once you have completed your registration.

LAE does not charge commissions on any of these services. All you need to pay for is the cost of your bet, as you would in any physical point of sale of our Sales Networks, anywhere in the country.

Prizes will be paid into your Lotobolsa if the prize is less than 5,000 Euros and into the current account you specify if this amount is exceeded. That way, there are no intermediaries between you and LAE.

We offer you the possibility, provided you expressly request us to do so, of receiving information on prizes, jackpots and estimated prizes straight in your inbox or on your mobile phone, completely free of charge.

In addition to these gaming services, the web portal provides a number of utilities, such as information on results, checking your ticket, locating points of sale, game statistics, historic results, etc.,which you can access as a registered, signed in user, or if you simply wish to browse our site as a visitor.
