If you have validated your bet in an establishment of our commercial network and it has won a prize 

You will have to present the receipt or prize-winning ticket to request your prize:

• You will be able to collect prizes of less than € 2,000 at any of our sales network points of sale on the day following the last draw of the bet.
• If you have been lucky enough to win a prize of €2,000 or more, you will have to go to a SELAE-authorised bank to claim it from the day after the draw onwards, providing the National Identity Document of all prize winners. The authorised banks are the following:

• • BBVA
  • Caixa Bank

For the payment of these prizes, our partners will not charge you any type of fee, nor request any additional payment.

If you have validated your bet on our official website or app and win an important prize

You will only need to request the payment from the website, once your personal data has been properly verified. If the prize is less, it will directly appear in your Lotobolsa.

In either case 

The limit exempt from taxation is as follows: 

• 20,000 euros for prizes from draws held after 1 January 2019.

• 40,000 euros for prizes derived from draws held after 1 January 2020.
