How do I prove my identity?

The current regulations require us to verify the personal data you have provided us through documentary evidence should you wish to download or collect a prize in your bank account or pay into the platform a cumulative total for all your payments since 28/3/2019 that exceeds €150.

To do so, you will have to access our Identity Documentary Verification Process through your user profile in My Details -> Personal Details on our web Platform, or through our official App for IOS and Android.

You have two options to verify your documentation automatically: 

1) You can start with a mobile device with a camera and allow us to take: 

  • Photos of both sides of your DNI/NIE so that we can confirm that the data reported in the registration process is correct and up to date.
  • A video of your face that guarantees that you are the owner of the document submitted (the video will be compared with the photograph that appears in the document) and allows us to sufficiently guarantee the consumer protection we are obliged to provide, especially with regard to minors and players with excessive spending. 

2) You can also start it from your PC or any mobile device by attaching:

  • Photos of each side of your DNI/NIE for the same purpose as in the previous option.
  • A good quality photograph of your face also with the same purpose as the video of the option described above.

Our process will automatically validate that the information presented corresponds exactly to the personal data that you indicated in the registration process.  From that moment the restrictions on collecting, downloading and the payment of prizes will be lifted.

If you registered with an NIE and you do not have an identity document with a photo, during the Automatic Identity Document Verification Process, when verifying that the document you provide is not enough to verify your identity, we will indicate how you should proceed to perform your identity verification manually.

Remember that you may have to carry out this process a number of times, even if you have already done it before, because the documentation or information provided may become obsolete.
