What may the status of my prize be?

Winning bets are shown with a yellow circle in your bets list, indicating that they contain a prize. (You will see that non-winning bets have a grey circle associated with them instead of the yellow circle of winning bets).

By accessing the details of the winning bet you can see the status of your prize:

• PENDING ACTIONS BY THE PLAYER:  For prizes equal to or greater than 2,000 €, the prize collection process is pending for you to carry out all the necessary actions to proceed to its payment correctly  (verify your identity through documentation and fill in the additional knowledge form of the player) and other actions depending on the type of prize (register the bank account where you wish to deposit the amount if applicable, or confirm the reading of the collection instructions in the case of prizes paid in monthly instalments and go to the bank of your choice).  Remember that you need to carry out these actions within three months from the date of the last draw in which the winning bet was placed in order to be entitled to claim the prize.
• PENDING PAYMENT: The information provided has already been verified in order to proceed with the prize collection and the prize will then be processed by the Loterías systems. In general, the prize will only remain in this status for a short period of time while the automated processes that pay the prizes are being carried out.
•  IN THE PROCESS OF PAYMENT:The payment of the prize has already been ordered by Loterías and is in the process of being executed by the bank in the case of prizes equal to or greater than 2,000 €.
  
• PRIZE WITH INCIDENT: The prize is pending payment due to an incident. You must contact us to find out what is happening.
• PAID IN BANK:In the case of prizes to be paid monthly, the player has already completed the formalities with the bank of his/her choice in relation to the start of the collection of the prize.
• PAID: The prize has already been paid by bank transfer in the case of prizes equal to or greater than 2,000 €, or has already been deposited in your Lotobolsa in the case of prizes of less than this amount.
