Your personal data are needed as established by the Game Law 13/2011 of 27 May.

The rest of the data that you have to complete are the following:

1. Email: Insert the email that you wish to use to identify yourself in the website, so that we can contact you from the Users Attention Centre, as well as to receive notifications of prizes and interesting news coming from this website.
2. Password: it will be the password used for your access as a web user. Remember it and do not provide it to anyone. The password will have at least 8 characters; the username cannot be used as a password; upper case letters, lower case letters and numbers must be mixed; and only some special characters may be used.
3. Secret question: it will be the question that we will use in case you contact us to confirm your identity. You have to write the secret question that you wish, and you can include spaces and interrogation signs.
4. Secret answer: is the answer given to the former question and that you will need to answer when we ask you the secret question if you contact with us.
5. Country of Residence: In line with the fraud prevention measures adopted by SELAE, the country where you reside must be Spain.
6. Address: Your address, necessary according to the  Gaming Regulatory Act .
7. Postal Code: Same reason as Address.
8. Fiscal region: the Spanish region in which you reside for the purpose of paying taxes, given that the prizes obtained on the  website are subject to inspection.
9. Nationality:“Spain” appears by default,, but may be changed when the  Spanish Tax ID No. (NIF)/Foreigner’s Identification Number (NIE) corresponds to a foreigner settled in Spain. This section  may not be modified.
10. Telephone no.: Your  telephone number, optional according to the  Gaming Regulatory Act .
11. Bank account number: The account in which you wish to receive the lotobolsa balance that you wish to refund or the prizes you win for amounts less than 400 euros. You must register before making the first balance load, so that we can return it to you in case you have any incident.
12. Associated point-of-sale: it is mandatory to fill in this section where the code of your  favourite point-of-sale appears. To select this  point-of-sale you can enter the code manually, if you know it, or indicate your postal code, in which case you should click on the link  “Select the  point-of-sale”, where you will see the  points-of-sale in the area that belong to that  postal code. The marked receiver code will be automatically filled in. 
13. Legal considerations: You must accept the  gaming contract in order to register on our website.
14. Additional services: decide what additional services are added to the notifications related to the online game you wish to receive from our website.

These data will never be delivered to third parties, except those needed and obliged by the law for the Agencia Tributaria in the case of prize payments.
