Loterías and its Commitment to Responsible Gaming: EL and WLA Certification.

Loterías’ commitment to responsible gaming is a key element of its Corporate Social Responsibility and activity, demonstrated through the rigorous implementation of the best Responsible Gaming practices. Since 2013, Loterías has maintained certification in the European Lotteries (EL) Responsible Gaming standard of good practices.

This certification framework is not a static recognition; it requires recertification every three years. This process ensures that certified operators, such as Loterías, continue to work on continuous improvement in each of the areas covered by the standard.

In addition, Loterías’ commitment extends globally, as it also holds Responsible Gaming certification from the World Lottery Association (WLA). This dual certification reaffirms Loterías’ dedication to the highest international standards in promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment for all participants.
